Dear future Guest,

Like any other short term rental or hotel, there are rules that we respectfully ask our guest to follow while enjoying their stay at the Lucky Cat Cabin.  Please take the time to THOROUGHLY read and review our house rules under the "more" / "House Rules" dropdown TAB on this page before booking with us.   As the booking party, you are entering into a contractual rental agreement, explicitly agreeing that you and your guest will abide by the Lucky Cat Cabin's house rules, as expressed in the House Rules dropdown TAB. 

Note that the terms "rent" "renter" and "rental" are used as a convenience. Since this Agreement is for a Short Term Rental with a defined period, this Agreement is for a limited license to enjoy the property for a finite period of time after which the Owner/Manager or their Agents may return to the Property with full access for cleaning and to offer the Property to other guests. There are no implied tenancy or residency commitments and neither the Guest nor their personal belongings may access or stay on the Property beyond the Departure Date above unless agreed upon by the Owner by email. Under no circumstances will this license exceed 28 days.
