After you pick your desired dates, you will be shown a subtotal of cabin rates plus the cleaning fee, but it does not factor in the required taxes from local/state etc. A final total will be submitted for your review after you initially book with us.

We will message you upon receiving your booking request! During that time, we will apply any special discounts or promotional savings, and calculate your total fee for your stay. 

**Each booking includes a non negotiable insurance fee!  Rest easy knowing that if you smash something, just let me know, and it'll be covered!**

We understand that sometimes cancellations need to be made. We are not heartless. However:

Full refund (minus 3%  merchant processing fee) for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 

50% refund (minus 3% merchant processing fee) for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. 

No refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of check-in.
