You guessed it, someone ruined it for everyone else.....

NO PETS / ANIMALS are allowed on the property due to a SEVERE pet allergy. There are PLENTY of "PET FRIENDLY" Cabins in Broken Bow / Hochatown; if you want to bring your pet with you, PLEASE show some common courtesy, and book a PET FRIENDLY CABIN, NOT OURS!!!! Undisclosed pets brought onto the property without prior authorization by the booking party or guest will incur a minimum $250 dollar EXTRA cleaning fee, and further agree to be monetarily responsible for any damages caused by the PET. 

LEGITIMATE Service Animals are to be accompanied with their owner AT ALL TIMES, and MAY NOT be left unattended at the property; NO EXCEPTIONS. Again, do the responsible thing, and book a pet friendly cabin; there's a BUNCH of them in Broken Bow / Hochatown. 

We're happy to host you, just leave your animals at home! 

Probably yes to both! While we do have a pest control service that runs routine service for us, the reality is that our amazing cabin is located in the Ouachita National Forest. That means our cabin guests may be fortunate to witness local wildlife (please do not feed or harass them) and naturally occurring insects may fly through open doors or be present outside.

In our opinion, the answer is always YES!  So Why should I considering buying Travel Insurance?  Buying the travel insurance is usually worth it if:

• Your non-refundable trip costs are much more than you can afford to lose.
• You are traveling internationally.
• You are traveling to a remote area with limited health care facilities.
• You are traveling to an area with changing weather conditions.
• Your trip involves connecting flights or multiple destinations.
• You want to be partially reimbursed if you decide to cancel your trip or return home early for any reason.
• Someone in your party has to cancel due to a medical emergency. 

Simply stated, our cleaners are great, but a WHOLE house full of guests, while on vacation, can generate and leave a lot of chaos!  We just ask for a couple of courtesy guidelines upon check out: 

Don't worry about washing your towels/robes/bedding.....but please take your trash out to the bins at the end of the driveway, load and start the dishwasher on the 1 hour cycle before you leave.  These two simple task help our cleaners IMMENSELY.

Ever since people discovered that quiet, scenic Hochatown was a destination spot for travelers during the pandemic of 2020, it has since exploded with continued growth.  Slated to be completed in Spring of 2024, the Choctaw Landing Casino is promoted to offer  600 slot machines, 8 table games, 100 room hotel, and an outdoor entertainment venue with an amphitheater, beer garden, and a family arcade.

Current GPS time says Lucky Cat Cabin is about 10 minutes away from Choctaw Landing, located on North US Highway 259.
